By purchasing this zine, you are acknowledging and understanding all policies and information listed below. Please ensure you have read our terms and conditions thoroughly.

General Information:

- We will be shipping from the West Coast of the United States of America (USA).

- All prices listed are in USD and do not include tax or shipping.

- Shipping is calculated at check-out.

 

Return/Cancellation/Refund Policy [IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ]:

- Cancellations will not be accepted, even when preorders are still open. Please double check your purchase before placing them, as due to aiming to complete production as soon as possible, funds will be used during our preorder period for samples of merch and zines. We apologize for any inconvinience this may cause. We may make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case by basis, in which case the customer is responsible for any service fee incurred by Stripe.

- We do not accept returns. All sales are final.

- If you would like to add to your order, we may be able to accomadate this and offer you a lower shipping rate on additional packages. Please contact us if this is the case.

 

Shipping Policy:

- We will be shipping worldwide.

- UK/EU customers will be responsible for any additional charges incurred due to the VAT.

- Due to the value of the packages, all packages will have tracked shipping.

- Shipping to the following countries will have door-to-door tracking:
     - Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Colombia, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Lebanon Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States, Vietnam

If your country is not listed, tracking updates will stop once your package reaches the border of your country.

- Should the customer need to change their address, please contact us by emailing us at [email protected] with your name, order #, and your new address.

- Additionally, please note that due to the ongoing conflict in Ukraine, Russia and Belarus aren't accepting any packages until further notice.

Damaged/Missing/Returned Package:

We will be responsible for:

- Orders containing missing or faulty goods due to the negligence of the mod team. We will either send you replacement goods or offer you a full/partial refund based on what we have in stock and the degree of damage.

- Orders that are returned to us due to incorrect labeling of the shipping label. We will resend the replacement goods on us.

We will NOT be responsible for:

- Orders damaged or lost due to the mishandling of the shipping company.

- Orders that are returned to us due to an incorrect or outdated address given to us by the customer; the customer will be responsible for covering the shipping fee of re-sending the package.

- Orders returned to us due to the customer's failure to pay the VAT fee.

If a package is returned to us due to causes that do not fall under the mod team's responsibility, we will send the customer an email about the returned package. The customer is responsible for covering the shipping fee of re-sending the package.

If the customer does not pay the postage fee for the package to be resent within 14 days of the email, the customer will forfeit their rights to the package and will NOT be refunded. The same applies if the package is returned to us a second time.
